Includes pair of invitations to October 28, 1961 groundbreaking ceremony for what would become Shea Stadium in Queens and several RSVP cards for luncheon to follow, parking passes, and small map of area; early copy of "Meet The Mets" theme song sheet music (on plain paper stock) ; (2) full tickets to May 9, 1964 game at Shea Stadium (holes punched in); (3) 1964 Mets pocket schedules; 1964 "Season's Greetings" card; pair of vintage snapshots of Shea taken from aerial vantage; (4) sheets of 1970 World Series phantom tickets (4 tickets per sheet) and (2) NLCS tickets; small quantity of 1981 and 1988 World Series phantom tickets; and lifetime pass (metal, credit card sized) issued to longtime Mets executive Bob Mandt along with his business card; short handwritten note from Tom Seaver to Mandt, signed "Tom."
