Description: Significant Warren Spahn 200th Major League Victory trophy. Oversized presentational trophy stands an impressive 36" tall as given to Spahn by the Milwaukee Braves to commemorate his 200th career victory. The notable win occurred on September 13, 1956 against the Phillies which was amazingly accomplished in just his tenth full season at the Major League level. Trophy presents beautifully positioned atop a three tiered walnut plinth base with four brass columns supporting a brass shaped dome inscribed to Spahn, "Warren Spahn 200th Major League Victory 1946-Braves-1956". Athletic figural at the top of the dome with baseball ornamental ball at the bottom of base. Brass placard applied to base reads, "Presented by Milwaukee Braves Baseball Club Lou Perini, Pres.". Exemplary overall condition with minimal wear and appropriate light surface patination.
