Sides have inset similar logo placards alternating with the MLB logo. On the back in raised lettering is "2004" year designation and small black marker "4/12/04 1B." MLB Authentication hologram (MT00436829) affixed which confirms that base was used as first base during the 5th inning in the first game played at Citizens Bank Park vs. the Cincinnati Reds.
