Halladay threw the offered baseball to Jay Bruce resulting in a walk, which would end up being the lone infraction to a perfect game. Evident usage wear inclusive of soiling and surface scuffing. One of only (26) authenticated baseballs which were in play that day with only portion of those having been pitched by Halladay.
