Cleats shows heavy use: VG-EX; Phillies professional model hat with New Era tagging on interior, size 7 with vintage "4" written in black marker under the bill and signed by Dykstra in black marker: VG-EX; and Phillies warm up jacket with Starter tagging on interior having "4" written in period black marker.
