Description: 1986 Robin Roberts Philadelphia Phillies professional model home uniform. Complete pinstriped home knit uniform as worn by Roberts while serving as a pitching instructor for the Phillies. The jersey retains its ±P- on the front with #36. Back of the shirt has "Roberts" nameplate above #36. Wilson manufacturer's tagging is affixed to the tail front along with ±86e year strip tag with Phillies logo patch on the left sleeve. Matching pants having "Roberts" written in black sharpie inside the waistband. The lot also includes Phillies hat with ±36e written in period black sharpie under the bill along with a pair of stirrup socks. The offered uniform originated from the personal collection of Roberts and includes a signed letter of provenance from Roberts along with photo card picturing Roberts wearing a similar uniform (signed by Roberts as well).
