Description: 1935 Mike Layden College All-Star uniform, helmet, and All-American sweater. Full uniform including jersey, pants, and stirrup socks of the highest quality construction all retaining "Spalding" manufacturer's tags. Jersey has number "14" on front and back with "40" size tag, pants size 34. Helmet is also by Spalding with outer shell painted yellow, red, and blue. Cream colored sweater with iconic "All-American" patch front center has the year "1935" noted. "O'Shea Knitting" manufacturer's tag in collar. Appropriate wear throughout with all pieces remaining generally well preserved. Exceptional display qualities and seldom offered in this complete form.
