Description: Fine Honus Wagner professional model baseball bat c.1921-1931. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 35" long and weighs 39.4 oz. Exceptional use is evident throughout inclusive of ball marks and grain swelling. Louisville Slugger manufacturer stampings remain very bold along with "J.Hans Wagner" facsimile signature stamping. The knob area has a pair of very small surface chips and a handle crack (which extends to center brand) could be repaired if so desired. The offered bat post-dates the end of Wagner's career and was likely used during his tenure as a coach for the Pirates rather than as a player while displaying beautifully as a prime example of an original HOF inductee professional model bat.
