Original multi-page scorecard issued for game played at Hilltop Park with Clark Griffith pictured on cover and Ban Johnson inside. Scored neatly in pencil for May 4th game in which Hall of Fame pitchers Jack Chesbro and Chief Bender took the mound. Hint of mild consistent age toning with minor chipping at corners/edges.
