Original multi-page scorecard issued for game played at Hilltop Park with Manager Clark Griffith and Wee Willie Keeler pictured on front. Pre-printed lineups scored neatly (through 8 innings) in pencil for game in which Chesbro (written in) faced Chief Bender. "1904" and "NY Highlanders" written in pencil on front cover which has small strip of toning. Minimal exterior wear otherwise.
