Players identified in block letter print and include Frank Baker, Chief Bender, Eddie Plank, Eddie Collins, Harry Davis, and their immortal manager Connie Mack who is seated in the center dressed in his usual dapper attire. The Athletics teams of the early 20th century were baseball's first true dynasty boasting numerous Hall of Fame players and several World Championships. One of approximately three known to exist, all of which originate from direct player and team sources. Photo measures 18"x35", housed within it's original matting and period frame (28"x43" overall). Exceptionally well preserved with typical light consistent toning due to age and small 2.5" surface scrape at lower right. Hand lettered matting has pair of tears in similar place.
