Description: 1939 Hall of Fame Game ticket from Inaugural Induction Ceremony signed Ruth, Cobb, et. al. Original ticket issued for June 12, 1939 event held at Doubleday Field immediately following the Induction Ceremonies which would become an annual event. Signed on the back by (6) including Babe Ruth, Ty Cobb, Clark Griffith, noted period sportscaster Arch McDonald ("C.B.S." written in his hand below autograph), and (2) others whom cannot be identified. Pencil signatures rate 7/8 to 9 out of 10 with Ruth being the strongest. Ticket displays a hint of light scattered wear and creasing. Includes full LOA from PSA/DNA: Ticket EX, Sigs.
