Description: 1899 "Constitution and Playing Rules" presentational leather bound edition. Early printed copy of the "Constitution and Playing Rules of the National League and American Association of Professional Base Ball Clubs" as published by Spalding. Leather bound in maroon colored wrap with "Compliments of N.E. Young" gilt lettered at lower front left corner. Light scattered exterior wear with several small chips and (1) heavy crease to lower back corner. "1899" Written on front.
