Signed on the panel below "Milt Stock Brooklyn Dodgers." Period fountain pen signature and handwriting rate 6/7 to 7 out of 10. Ball has period coat of shellac applied which has toned and small hole from mounting. A rare single, the offered ball is further enhanced in desirability with lengthy notation regarding an accomplishment of which Stock was clearly proud.
