Original "National League of Professional Baseball Clubs Uniform Player's Contract" as executed between Leo Durocher and the St. Louis Cardinals retaining his services for the 1936 season. Signed in the period by Durocher along with Branch Rickey who was then Vice President of the team (Rickey has handwritten "St Louis National Baseball Club" above). Bold blue fountain pen signatures rate 9/10 out of 10. Typical fold lines with light wear and toning and accentuated strip of toning affecting small area.
