Description: Outstanding Carl Yastrzemski autographed professional model baseball bat c.1965-1968. Louisville Slugger 125 baseball bat with "Carl Yastrzemski" facsimile signature burned into the barrel end and model number "W215" stamped in the knob measures 35" long and weighs 31.8 oz. Uniform number "8" has been written on the knob in vintage black marker. Evident usage wear inclusive of ball transfer and stich marks along with appropriate grain swelling. Signed in marker, "Carl Yastrzemski 18 Time A.S., TC-MVP 1967, R.S. 1961-83" rating 9 out of 10. Centerbrand dating places this in one of the most productive periods of his career which saw several Gold Glove awards, All Star Game appearances, and the fabled season of 1967 in which he won the Triple Crown and was named Most Valuable Player. One of the most visually appealing examples we have handled.
