Proper "0063R" coded wash tag on the interior along with custom "+1" body and sleeve tags. Embroidered "11" year strip tag on inside front tail. Evident usage wear throughout. MLB Authentication hologram (FJ 622761) confirms the jersey was used in game vs. the Braves in which Lee went (6) innings striking out (6).
