Black marker signature rates 8/9 out of 10. Jersey has all proper manufacturer's tagging in collar and on front tail (size L) with additional, "Sandy Koufax 1963" embroidered patch affixed. Hand numbered 42/72 below autograph with Upper Deck Authentication hologram to the right (note: paper UD cert is not present). Several small spots of staining on front.
