Description: Lot of (3) Ted Williams items with relation to Hillerich & Bradsby Co. and Louisville Slugger. Includes 1976 "American League Silver Sluggers" commemorative black bat. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat features impressed silver lettering player facsimile signatures of the AL Silver Slugger award winners from 1949-1976. Players include Williams, Carew, Yastrzemski, Mantle, and Kaline. Bat measures 35" long and also displays the desirable 1976 bicentennial logo. General surface wear including a few scratches which break the black painted surface: VG-EX; 1957 Ted Williams "How to be a Better Hitter" booklet issued by Hillerich & Bradsby Co. picturing Williams on the front cover: EX; and a Ted Williams autographed personal check as made out to the "H&B Louisville Slugger" for a set of golf clubs given to Williams' son.
