Description: Ted Williams Washington Senators travelling suitcase c.1969. Navy blue "Skyway" model suitcase as used by Ted Williams while serving as manager for the 1969 Washington Senators. Case displays Washington Senators logos on both side panels along with Williams "9" uniform number in three spots. Evident use and handling wear throughout including surface abrasions and remnants of previous airline decals along with two large "X" markings on either side panel. The lot includes a Ted Williams autographed 10"x13" printed photographic image signed in blue sharpie: NM.
