Description: Lot of Ted Williams personal items with relation to Sports Illustrated. Includes five custom framed color renderings of Williams as he appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated. Each remains in their original matting and frame with "Sports Illustrated" titling label at bottom right. The lot also includes a presentational copy of the 1954 first issue of Sports Illustrated as sent to Ted along with a letter denoting his selection as one of the top six baseball players of the 20th century. Magazine remains very clean grading EX-MT with the presentational case having some adhesive residue on the interior to one of the plastic sheaths.
