Description: Lot of (2) vintage Ted Williams personal wooden fly fishing rods and travel case to include: Leonard Mills Co. model bamboo rod retaining two original shafts with visible manufacturer stampings on handle area. Etched initials and date, "G.M.L.La. B. 1904" onto the metal butt at the end of the handle: VG-EX and unmarked early wooden rod retaining two piece shaft and original cork handle: EX. The lot includes Orvis metal rod travel case with "Ted Williams Hernando, FL" written in Ted's hand on exterior in red marker along with (1) original linen sheath.
