Description: Ted Williams Pre War Charles Daly Belgium Over Under Shotgun. Called the Commander model and made until 1933, this is a 26" barrel over under with chokes marked 184-185 which would indicate a cylinder - improved choke pattern. Barrels have a full length solid rib and they retain almost all of their original factory blue finish. The delicately engraved receiver retains traces of its original case hardened finish. Beautiful hand checkered dark walnut stocks with good figure. Unfortunately, someone shortened the rear stock at one time and it now has an added 1" piece of wood as an extension with a more recent added ventilated recoil pad giving it a 14" LOP.
