Also on back is "Kelly" nameplate. "Champion" manufacturer's tag on front tail with the size, "44." Signed on the back number in black marker, "Jim Kelly 12" rating 7 out of 10 with slight fade and very small smudge. No evident usage wear, scattered cracking the numerals.
