Description: 2004 Peyton Manning autographed game used Indianapolis Colts road jersey (PeyBack Foundation letter). Exceptional and rare documented game used jersey from one of the premier quarterbacks of the current generation worn by Peyton Manning during the 2004 season. White mesh jersey with number "18" sewn on front, back, and sleeves. "Manning" nameplate on back. Proper "04-50" strip tag denoting year and size in collar and "Reebok" On Field equipment manufacturer's tag on the front tail. Adjacent are size "50" and custom "4" "L.B." length flag tags. Jersey is comprised of white mesh body with solid material shoulder pad portion and sleeves. Stretch fabric at the sides. Exhibits light wear consistent with quarterback usage. The jersey has been signed on the back, "Peyton Manning" with added jersey number "18" and "2004 MVP 49 TD's" inscriptions.
