Mounted below is an engraved descriptive placard and 8"x10" color photograph picturing Williams and fellow Hall of Famers Lee MacPhail, Tom Lasorda, and Earl Weaver. All have signed in silver paint pen rating 8/9 out of 10. Includes auction LOA from JSA: EX/MT-NM
