Description: Mike Schmidt professional model baseball bat attributed to the 1983 World Series. Adirondack red ring Big Stick 302 model baseball bat with "Mike Schmidt" lettered in barrel end. Knob has block lettered "MS20" stamped in along with "195" batch and "3" year codes. Schmidt's number "20" has been written on in black marker. Evident usage wear in the form of ball and rack marks. Handle has moderate pine tar and a severe crack which has been glued (2" inch splinter section missing). Comes with a letter signed by former teammate Al Holland in which he relays that he obtained the bat from Schmidt and that it was used in the 1983 World Series. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions: EX with note to handle crack
