Description: Vintage Wright & Ditson line marker c.1920s. Early line marker with central rectangular metal box which would hold and release chalk when the spring loaded release was depressed. Mounted on (3) cast iron wheels. Retains period "Wright Ditson Championship" manufacturer's decal. Evident rust, usage, and surface wear throughout as would typically be associated with long term outdoor use and/or storage. Remains fully intact although not likely in working order: VG/EX
