Light scattered age toning to covers with front having several vertical creases at right edge and back having (4) spots of mounting residue. Interior is clean and unscored. Vertical center fold. Signed on the back, "To Don Cosby, From Babe Ruth" in pencil rating 8/9 out of 10. Includes auction LOA from JSA: Program VG/EX, Sig. EX/MT-NM
