Description: Rare 1919 World Series program. Issued for Game #5 as played at Chicago's Comiskey Park on October 6, 1919 in which the Reds blanked the White Sox by a score of 5 to 0. The game was pitched by Black Sox co conspirator Lefty Williams for Chicago. The program itself exhibits significant damage to its front cover which is separated from the body of the program and in multiple pieces which could be restored (with additions). The interior of the program remains relatively clean and has been neatly scored in pencil. Back cover is detached and is adhered to a period scrapbook page which could be removed if so desired. Although condition is certainly not choice the offered program represents one of the rarest and most desired of its type from the 1910-20s era: PR
