Upper bar titled "Von Der Ahe Medal" likely referencing St. Louis Browns owner Chris Von Der Ahe in blue enameled lettering which supports an ornate lower portion that is engraved with an early baseball game scene. Manufacturer's marking on back does not specifically state however it is believed to be gold plated and has "John Harding" name engraved.
