Description: Jake Daubert professional model baseball bat c.1920s. Daubert enjoyed a lengthy career stretching from his rookie 1910 campaign with the Brooklyn Superbas through his tenure with the Cincinnati Reds which began in 1919 as a member of the touted World Championship Team. He was the 1913 NL MVP and won the 1913 and 14 NL batting titles as part of a string of (10) .300 seasons and is regarded by some as one of the greatest players of his era who is not in the Hall of Fame. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 34" and weighs 40oz. Centerbrand and facsimile signature stampings remain well pronounced within the barrel which displays usage wear in the form of ball and cleat marks and grain swelling.
