Description: Scarce 1929 World Series pennant with original cane handle. Desirable original 25" long blue felt pennant with applied white lettering dating to the fabled 1929 Philadelphia Athletics Championship season. Light scattered age toning and a hint of fraying at edges with small strip of loss through letter "E" in Series. Retains original cane shaped bamboo handle (cracked and repaired at center). The only example of this possibly unique style that we have encountered: VG/EX-EXEstimated Price Range: ($2,000-$3,000)
