Description: Johnny Pesky professional model baseball bat c.1946-49. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 35" in length and weighs 34.4oz. Model number "C67" stamped in knob end which bears vestiges of a no longer visible marker notation. Evident usage wear throughout including ball transfer marks and grain swelling. Small crack has been expertly repaired and is no longer visible to the naked eye. Pesky was one of the core players on the great Red Sox teams of the era.
