Description: Carl Furillo professional model baseball bat c.late 1940s. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat with "Carl Furillo" facsimile signature burned into the barrel end measures 35" in length and weighs 31oz. Evident usage wear including ball transfer and stitch marks along with "H" shaped handle crack. Furillo is one of the core Dodgers players of the era and remained with the team for (15) years including the 1955 Championship season. Originally obtained during the 1947 season at Ebbets Field and includes copy of letter which accompanies the grouping.
