Description: Catfish Hunter autographed professional model baseball glove c.1970s. Wilson dual hinge snap action baseball glove attributed to Major League use by Catfish Hunter has manufacturer's "The A2000" stamping in palm and "A-2000 XI" model designation on exterior webbing. Player number "29" has been written on outside wrist strip and a very faint "Jim Catfish Hunter" signature appears on ring finger (2/3 out of 10). Usage wear is evident throughout with a deep and well worn pocket and expected surface scuffing and discoloration. The glove compares favorably with an additional Hunter glove which has been previously sold. Highly desirable piece related to one of the great pitching careers of the 20th Century.
