Pujols' jerseys are among the most sought after of the modern era and examples with relevant first hand provenance are almost never offered publicly. Cardinals classic birds on bat logo embroidered across the front has player number "5" below. Number also appears on back below "Pujols" nameplate. Majestic manufacturer's tag on front tail with adjacent size "48" flag tag. Proper "0062" wash tag on interior. Signed on the back, "Curt, I've always admired the way you go out there and battle vs. the Competition, A.(lbert) Pujols 5." Black marker signature and inscription rate 8/9 out of 10. Evident usage and wash wear throughout with hint of soiling on sleeve, scattered surface pilling, fraying to number, and fading of wash tag.
