Description: Rare M.T. "Nuf Ced" McGreevy cabinet photograph c.1906. Stunning large format cabinet photograph picturing "Nuf Ced" McGreevy posed in a pitching stance wearing Boston Red Sox uniform. Image size measures 7"x9" on its original 8"x11.5" mount stamped "Arlington Studio Hot Springs, AK" on the bottom margin. General condition is outstanding with no mentionable defects. McGreevy is one of Boston's men of legend who was the owner and bartender of M.T. McGreevy & Co, Importers or what was better known to fans as the Third Base Saloon because it was the last stop on the way home after the game. McGreevy became the leader of the "Royal Rooters" fan club who cheered for their Boston Pilgrims at every home game. Matted and framed: NM
