Signed by both Cohen and Mosconi with Willie signing on the final page and on the first page agreeing to a change in terms. Additional (1) page amendment has been signed in similar fashion. Ink signatures rate 9 out of 10. Includes related correspondence (none signed) with several pieces related to a video cassette which was to have come from the project and a copy of the book.
