Description: Rare Busch Memorial Stadium original scoreboard artwork c.1960s. Unique original artwork was used in the construction of the scoreboard at Busch Memorial Stadium, which was erected in 1966 to replace the previous Sportsman's Park (Busch Stadium I). Measuring 23"x36", the artwork features hand painted renderings of the stadium scoreboard including the Anheuser Busch advertising logo and the Cardinals redbird mascot. Handwritten notations are found in the margins regarding details such as sizing and color schemes. Marked by Artkraft Strauss at the bottom right. The artwork has been matted and framed along with an original 1966 image of the actual scoreboard from Busch Memorial Stadium.
