Description: 1983 Earl Weaver Manager of the Decade presentation clock. Ornate presentation piece stands 14" tall with 6.5"x11" footprint. Affixed to upper most surface area "Maryland Professional Baseball Players Association" logo and engraved placard reading, "Earl Weaver Manager of the Decade and a Baseball Legend, Tops in Sports, 1-14-83." Clock portion and interior movement by Seiko does not appear to be in working order. Residue from battery acid scattered about interior has little effect on exterior display value.
