Description: Robin Roberts folk art baseball display stand. Handmade wooden tiered display stand features three level construction with (102) receptacles that once displayed Roberts' personal collection of game used win baseballs. The stand is supported by three baseball bats from Roberts' personal collection to include 1950 Phillies NL Champions Louisville Slugger commemorative black bat, 1969 Robin Roberts Louisville Slugger Old Timers Day game bat as played at Houston, and 1971 Robin Roberts Louisville Slugger Old Timers day game bat as played at Philadelphia. The bats all remain in fairly strong condition with the black bat exhibiting some moderate surface wear. Very attractive period baseball display piece with additional value of having three desirable Roberts related bats within the structure.
