Description: Lot of vintage paper ephemera from the Robin Roberts collection to include: 1967 Robin Roberts contract with the Reading Minor League team as a coach, signed by Paul Owens (not Roberts); 1986 Robin Roberts contract as a coach for the Phillies signed by team Vice President and Roberts; 1950 typed letter on Phillies stationery signed by Bob Carpenter as sent to Roberts in congratulations for his All-Star selection; 1950 typewritten letter to Roberts on Phillies stationery with content including -looks like this will be a good year..."; 1953 typewritten letter signed by J.G. Taylor Spink of the Sporting News as sent to Roberts; and an interesting 1958 hand notated envelope (unfolded) with numerous statistics as they relate to famous pitchers. The notations appear to be in Roberts' hand with the envelope having been addressed to his parents having a hand signed return address (signed R.Roberts).
