Description: Robin Roberts 1950 Philadelphia Phillies NL Championship commemorative ladies pendant. Very fine quality sterling ring facade as issued to Robin Roberts to commemorate the legendary -Whiz Kids" 1950 NL Championship team. The top of the pendant features an inset gold baseball on a red field encircled with -Phillies Whiz Kids NL Champions" lettering. Marked LGB Sterling on the reverse. The pendant was presented to Roberts in 1975 on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the 1950 NL Champion Phillies team. Retains its original Balfour lidded box.
