Description: Robin Roberts 1950 World Series program at Philadelphia. Original program as issued for Game #2 of the 1950 World Series as played at Philadelphia's Shibe Park. Roberts pitched for the first time in the postseason and dueled to a 1-1 tie after nine innings against the Yankees Allie Reynolds. Joe DiMaggio would win the game in the 10th inning for the Yankees with a home run. The program is neatly scored in ink and has a period ink notation on the front cover, -W.S. 1" indicative of Roberts' first game. General light handling wear is evident throughout.
