Description: 1956 Mayo Smith Philadelphia Phillies professional model home uniform. Pinstriped flannel jersey with "Phillies" team logo/name across the front has number "24" on back. "Smith" embroidered strip in collar with year "1956" tag on front tail. Also on front tail is "Wilson" manufacturer's tag with size 42 and wash tag (additional flag tag affixed but completely faded). Includes matching pair of pants, also retaining "Wilson" manufacturer's tag and adjacent wash tag and size "36" flag tag. Light general usage wear throughout. Desirable complete period ensemble.
