Placard on front of base reads, "Louis Lipps, The Hot One, For his outstanding performance September 8, 1985, Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Indianapolis Colts." At bottom of placard is "Foodland" logo, a regional grocery chain who likely sponsored the award. Exhibits moderate wear and a touch of tarnish.
