Description: 1985 Louis Lipps AFC Offensive Rookie of the Year "Mackey Award." Desirable 13.5" tall trophy as presented by the NFL Players Association has 7" diameter circular wooden base with player figural mounted on top. Engraved placard affixed to front of base reads in part, "Louis Lipps, Pittsburgh Steelers, AFC Offensive Rookie of the Year, 1985 Mackey Award." Light tarnish/wear on metal portions. Base has been repainted and has separation of wood in (2) places. One of the finest visual display pieces in the Lipps's collection with added significance of having been presented directly by the NFLPA.
