Description: Rare Brooklyn Dodgers professional model jacket attributed to Dixie Howell c.1955-56. Blue satin zipper front jacket with blue/white trim retains original "Dodgers" scripted team name across the front and number "54" on left sleeve. 'Skinner" manufacturer's tag in collar with adjacent size "46" flag tag. Additional collar tag missing. Exhibits heavy wear due to improper storage and care with soiling/discoloration and scratching to satin surface throughout. Sewn on name and numbers have loose stitching in several areas. Scarce style dating to the Dodgers most glorious 1955 era: VG/EXEstimated Price Range: ($750-$1,000)
