Description: Set of four baseball themed stools created from notable player professional model bats c.1950-60s. Incredible set comprised mostly of playing career era professional model 125 Louisville Slugger baseball bats incl. (2) Mickey Mantle, (2) Ted Williams, (4) Eddie Mathews, (3) Duke Snider, (2) Ted Kluszewski, and Yogi Berra. Additional bats are a Babe Ruth 125 Louisville Slugger c.1960s and a Hanna Batrite Kiner model college bat. Each has had the knob removed with between 28" and 29" of body remaining. Bats on (1) stool have been notched to facilitate installation of cross support pieces, on other (3) a bolt hole has been drilled. Support pieces are comprised of the knob and handle portions of other bats and some bear model number stampings. Stools stand approximately 30" tall with 12.75" square seat. Bats themselves show evident usage wear. Seat portions show age with minor soiling and while free standing it is not likely that they could be used as intended.
